- October 19—7.01 "Second Beginnings" by Kathy Rose. On Earth, Archer and Hernandez meet with Starfleet bigwigs to discuss the fallout of the defeated Romulan attack while Tucker oversees building warp engines for an accelerated ship-building program.
- November 2—7.02 "Strength in Numbers" by Kathy Rose. In space on their renewed mission of exploration, Archer and Hernandez run across the mysterious aliens seen in 1.12 "Silent Enemy." Who are they—and are they allied with the Romulans?
- November 16—7.03 "Final Home" by James Earl. Boomers come across a group of wandering non–genetically enhanced Suliban who are trying to find a home. Enterprise scrambles to find them a home, which is found through a most unlikely ally.
- November 30—7.04 "Petrolheads 1" by Surya. Enterprise joins in the Boomer Grand Prix, with Mayweather and Reed entering a shuttlepod in the race.
- December 14—7.05 "Petrolheads 2" by Surya. As the Boomer Grand Prix continues, Archer uses the opportunity to cement relationships with the Boomers.
- December 28—7.06 "Misunderstandings" by Roaring Mice. Enterprise's first contact with a new alien species leads to a misunderstanding that turns catastrophic.

- January 25—7.07 "Antaran Peace" by Gina. Archer and T'Pol are invited to an Antaran-Denobulan peace conference to be held on Altair Prime and become embroiled in intrigue when the Antaran ambassador's life is threatened.
- February 8—7.08 "Investigations" by Jeremy. T'Pol and Sato spearhead an investigation in Orion space into several missing Earth ships, only to run afoul of the Orions.
- February 22—7.09 "Running Blind" by Kylie Lee. Archer tries to find his missing crew members even as they execute a complicated plan to return to Enterprise.
- March 7—7.10 "Pirates" by Nautika. T'Pol and Sato attempt to breach the defenses of an impregnable asteroid-based site of a Nausicaan pirate operation.
- March 21—7.11 "Lost and Found 1" by Sal and Sue C. Reed must reunite with his estranged father in an attempt to find his missing mother.
- April 4—7.12. "Lost and Found 2" by Sal and Sue C. Reed and his father discover that someone has been using the skirmishes between the Nausicaans and the Orion Syndicate to conceal activities that are sinister to Earth's future.
